- Condition of Returns: Items must be returned unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging. For health and safety reasons, food supplements can only be returned if the safety seal is completely intact and unopened.
- Return Costs: You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us unless the item is faulty or not as described.
- Refunds: We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, using the same means of payment as the initial transaction.
8. Faulty or Damaged Goods
